PicoWay® Picosecond Laser Device — advanced picosecond laser technology for non-invasive medical and aesthetic treatments. How it works
The PicoWay laser uses ultra-short picosecond pulses to target and shatter pigment and tattoo ink into tiny fragments via a photoacoustic effect. The body’s immune system then clears these fragments. For acne scars and wrinkles, PicoWay fractional (Resolve) handpieces create tiny vacuoles through laser induced optical breakdown (LIOB) that stimulate new collagen and elastin formation without breaking the skin surface.
